Information we process
The platform processes account identity information used for sign-in, membership and billing status received from the payment provider, learning progress, and information members or the owner intentionally submit.
How information is used
Information is used to operate authentication, verify paid access, deliver protected content, maintain learning progress, support billing self-service, secure the platform, and administer published material.
Member profiles and Community identity
Your chosen name identifies your Community posts and replies, including earlier posts after you change your name. Optional city, state or region, country, business name, and biography saved in My Profile are shared with signed-in paying members and the owner. Do not enter your home address or customer information. Login email and billing details are excluded from shared profiles. You can edit or clear optional profile details in My Profile. Saving a member profile does not enroll you in the public Members Directory.
Optional Members Directory
Paying members may voluntarily submit a public business name, description, services, declared service areas, and optional business phone number or secure contact link. A submission appears in the public directory and search engines only after the member opts in, the owner approves it, and paid membership remains active. Editing requires new review; members may withdraw a listing from their account. Login email, payment details, and private profile data are not published as directory fields. Previously indexed search results can take time to update after a listing is removed.
Payments and storage
Payment credentials are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by this platform. Uploaded media is stored in managed object storage; database records retain references and operational metadata.
