01What is the difference between Community and Pro?+
Community includes the private forum and selected training and resources. Pro includes everything in Community plus the complete Knowledge Vault, all courses, tools, templates, and occasional announced Q&A access.
02Will Avern answer every community question?+
No. The Community Hub is peer-led. Avern may participate, but no individual response time or answer is guaranteed.
03Is one-on-one coaching included?+
No. Private coaching is a separate paid service with its own scope, availability, price, and boundaries.
04Is new content published every week?+
No fixed cadence is promised. The existing Vault is available now, and new material is published when it is ready.
05Can I change or cancel my membership?+
Stripe-hosted billing settings handle plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Access follows the verified subscription status and period end.
06What happens after I join?+
After payment and account verification, the member dashboard directs you through Start Here, the Knowledge Vault access included in your tier, Community standards, and account settings.
07Can I download or share course material?+
Only resources explicitly marked downloadable may be downloaded. Membership content is licensed for the member’s own use and may not be redistributed.
08Is this repair advice for a specific customer vehicle?+
The platform focuses on mobile mechanic business operations and professional development. Members remain responsible for safe diagnosis, repair decisions, licensing, insurance, and local legal requirements.
